The role coordinates web requests, timelines, stakeholders, developers, analytics and reporting to ensure work is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed priorities and service levels.\nYour key responsibilities\nManage digital projects through development of timelines, task assignment and progress tracking as needed.\nManage the handoff and tracking of web leads.\nLiaise with internal teams regarding miscellaneous web requests.\nManage email and web intake requests through the Zendesk ticketing system.\nInterface with Web Developers to help with site content, usability, maintenance, updating and evolution of the website.\nAnalyze website traffic and seek opportunities and avenues to optimize performance.\nCollaborate with the team to build campaign reporting; analyze data in Adobe Analytics and consolidate results in PowerPoint to tell a story.\nAssist with tasks associated with the SEO and SEM strategy; monitor SEO web crawls in Conductor and support the SEO/SEM lead with technical updates.\nManage and update web trackers and calendars daily.\nConduct audits and actively participate in knowledge sharing.\nOrganize files; own and manage the team SharePoint; and distribute digital marketing materials to relevant stakeholders.\nIdentify and execute improvements for processes, content and campaign performance.\nUndertake other projects and duties as assigned.\nWork collaboratively with digital design and production teams.\nSuccessfully juggle competing priorities and multiple projects.\nManage site updates as needed when tools, marketing strategies and best practices change.\nWork closely with marketers to support the end-to-end publishing process for select projects.\nDevelop ideas to enhance and improve the global website and publishing processes.\nSkills and attributes for success\nCoordinate multiple website workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.\nInterpret website and campaign data and translate findings into clear, decision-ready reporting.\nWork confidently across ticketing, analytics, SEO and collaboration platforms.\nAdvocate for digital best practices and how to use different content types, formats and design elements to create effective, engaging user experiences.\nMake decisions throughout a project that balance the need to meet a deadline while still meeting the original requirements of the project.\nWork independently to complete multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nExcellent US English written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how messages may be received globally.\nStrong understanding of digital publishing and best practices.\nStrong knowledge of SEO as it relates to website and campaign performance.\nExperience working within a content management system to create outstanding digital experiences.\nExperience coordinating website requests, digital projects or digital marketing operations.\nStrong influencing skills.\nStrong project and time management ability.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience and confidence working closely with global teams.\nExperience using Zendesk, Adobe Analytics, Conductor, SharePoint and PowerPoint in a digital marketing environment.\nA good eye for effective use of imagery.\nAn eye for design and basic knowledge of design software such as Photoshop and Microsoft Office.\nA basic understanding of HTML.\nTechnologies and Tools\nBasic understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).\nWorking knowledge of Zendesk, Adobe Analytics, Conductor, Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.\nWhat we look for\nBachelor’s or master’s degree.\nA professional, confident and enthusiastic candidate who can adapt to flexible work timings and demonstrate an exceptional work ethic and customer focus.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in website coordination, digital marketing, web operations or a related field.\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
