As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.\nThe opportunity\nEY Malaysia is seeking a senior Learning & Development professional to lead our learning and organisational capability in alignment with firm strategy and future business needs.\nThe role operates as a strategic partner to senior leadership on a broad range of learning and development agenda, ensuring that learning investment delivers business and cultural impact.\nYour key responsibilities\nEnterprise Learning & Leadership Stewardship\nSet and steward Malaysia’s enterprise leadership and capability agenda aligned to EY strategy and future workforce needs.\nTranslate evolving business priorities into clear, focused leadership and capability roadmaps.\nBalance global frameworks with market needs, guided by judgement and impact.\nBusiness Partnership & Transformation\nAct as a trusted advisor to Malaysia Leadership Team on leadership effectiveness, talent readiness and cultural alignment. \nEnable leadership and behavioural shifts that support ethical leadership, wellbeing and sustainable performance. \nInfluence outcomes through credibility, insight and partnership.\nPeople Leadership & Organisational Enablement\nLead and develop a multi-Service Line Learning & Development team, ensuring capability, succession and resilience.\nEmbed consistent leadership expectations across Service Lines and ranks.\nEnsure leadership development is integrated into business-as-usual processes.\nGovernance, Investment & Systems Oversight\nOwn governance and investment decisions for enterprise learning and leadership initiatives. \nEnsure enterprise learning platforms and leadership academies are effective, consistent and fit for purpose. \nDefine and monitor measures of impact focused on leadership effectiveness and readiness.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrategic, enterprise-level perspective with the ability to connect leadership and capability to business outcomes. \nStrong judgement, discretion and comfort influencing in complex, ambiguous environments. \nCredibility and presence with senior leaders on people, culture and transformation matters. \nCollaborative and inclusive leadership style that builds trust and accountability.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nSignificant experience leading enterprise learning, leadership or talent agendas in complex, matrixed organisations. \nDemonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership on organisational capability and transformation. \nProven people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams. \nA recognised university degree or equivalent professional qualification.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nProfessional services or experience in similar complex organisational environments. \nExposure to regional or global operating models.\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with the skills and attributes to succeed.
