Technology Leadership & Solution Design\nArchitect and implement DevOps solutions including CI/CD, containerization, IaC, and cloud-native designs in Azure.\nDesign multi-stage CI/CD pipelines for complex applications with automation-first, zero-touch principles.\nLead Helm chart design, Kubernetes manifests, and release templates for enterprise deployments.\nDrive AKS strategy: lifecycle, security, networking, scaling, and multi-region resiliency.\nEnsure alignment with EY reference architectures, governance, and security controls.\nEvaluate and select DevOps and automation tooling to improve reliability and delivery velocity.\nLead modernization from classic/legacy pipelines to YAML and GitHub Actions.\n2. Delivery Oversight & Engineering Excellence\nOversee backlog execution, ensuring automated build, test, and deployment processes.\nDrive consistent delivery of DevOps capabilities aligned to defined standards.\nLead configuration management and environment alignment for multi-region deployments.\nLead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex deployment or automation incidents.\nAdvance DevOps maturity through measurable improvements in delivery and reliability metrics.\n3. Governance, Standards & Best Practices\nPromote automation-first, GitOps, secure SDLC, YAML pipelines, and shift-left.\nImplement mandatory scanning, secrets management, dependency governance, and hardening.\nDefine standards for branching, versioning, Helm packaging, release governance, and promotions.\nEnsure compliance with EY security requirements using SonarQube, AquaSec, Mend.\nEstablish RBAC, audit trails, and governance across Azure, AKS, and CI/CD.\n4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nServe as senior DevOps authority for architecture, cybersecurity, QA, and product teams.\nDrive cross-team decision-making with clear communication and proactive risk escalation.\nWork with engineering leads to embed DevOps practices and self-service capabilities.\n5. Documentation & Team Development\nMaintain high-quality documentation across architecture, CI/CD, runbooks, and dependencies.\nMentor engineers and promote DevOps maturity across the organization.\nDeliver training on CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation, and DevOps best practices.\nMust-Have Skills & Experience\nCloud & Infrastructure (Azure) - Expert\n5-10 years hands-on Azure experience.\nDeep AKS expertise including cluster design, networking, security, RBAC, multi-region deployments.\nStrong knowledge of Azure Networking, App Gateway/WAF, App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Azure SQL, Traffic Manager, Key Vault, Service Bus, Monitoring suite.\nDevOps, CI/CD & Automation - Expert\nGitHub / ADO: branching, YAML pipelines, release governance.\nAdvanced CI/CD design including platform migrations.\nDocker and multi-stage Dockerfiles; image optimization.\nHelm expertise (required).\nTerraform or Bicep (preferred); ARM templates.\nAnsible/Ansible Tower (plus).\nKubernetes & Orchestration - Expert\nDeployments, ingress, config maps, secrets, RBAC, network policies.\nHPA/VPA scaling;
