We have an excellent opportunity to join our Newcastle team. In this role, you will apply your experience and specialist knowledge to help clients meet their regulatory obligations around a variety of Conduct matters, such as suitability reviews, outcome testing, complaint handling, and regulatory mapping. You'll be part of a dynamic environment working alongside diverse teams to help EY drive positive change. You’ll be part of our Consulting Service Delivery (CSD) team in Newcastle, which specialises in the operational delivery of engagements which help our clients with their business challenges.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nWork effectively as part of operational delivery teams to support clients with Conduct Risk or broader Consulting engagements\nAdhering to productivity and quality expectations\nSupporting the mobilisation and management of project teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and in line with EY standards as required\nBuilding strong relationships with clients and colleagues across EY, contributing to a positive culture\nPreparing clear, insightful reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders\nContributing to training initiatives and fostering an inclusive, high performing team environment\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nCommitment to meet productivity and quality expectations\nCreativity and good problem-solving skills\nStrong analytical skills\nGood interpersonal, communication, and writing skills\nDemonstrated integrity within a professional environment\nAbility to work as part of a team but also independently when required\nDemonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines\nEnthusiasm to face new challenges and learn new skills\nComfortable communicating over the phone, as some of your work may be telephony-based, primarily outbound to our clients’ customers, but with the potential for inbound call handling.\nUnderstand and maintain client confidentiality and ensure data security at all times\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nRelevant experience in regulatory compliance or related fields in a professional environment.
