They liaise with internal clients to understand their vision and work with our crossdisciplinary creative team members to develop dynamic design solutions. Important: Applicants must include a link to an online portfolio showcasing relevant work within their CV (PDF submissions will not be considered).\nYour key responsibilities\nProactively engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables aligned with business needs\nTransform the internal client’s vision and business need into an innovative product or deliverable\nCreate and co-develop storyboards and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas that align to the creative brief\nConceptualize and execute design solutions while offering positive client and team experiences\nDesign clear and visually compelling campaigns and presentations\nExcel at project management including prioritizing multiple projects and milestones, and delivering desirable solutions within time frame and budget\nSeek mentorship, coaching and constructive feedback from senior designers and art directors on conceptual skills, strategy and design solutions\nWork collaboratively and engage with cross-disciplinary creative team members such as art directors, senior designers, consultants, writers, animators and videographers\nParticipate in creative ideation sessions and design sprints\nServe as a knowledgeable brand ambassador and advocate of visual identity strategy and guidelines\nMay be required to work off-site or travel as part of a project team\nIdentify, resolve and overcome obstacles with mindful communication, decisive action and thoughtful judgment\nDisplay business acumen while working alongside client-serving professionals\nForecasts additional resource needs or vendor options and proactively offer alternative solutions\nEvaluate conflicting requirements of multiple projects, maintain workflow within compressed time frames, and remain open to challenge and reappraisal\nPerformance and work reviewed regularly\nWork independently\nSkills and attributes for success\nExperience with event management, registration, or attendee engagement platforms such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Splash, or similar technologies is an asset. Familiarity with digital event experiences, registration journeys, and attendee communications is highly desirable.\nStrong creative and conceptual design skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat); some knowledge of web development platforms and prototyping software.\nProficient in creating compelling and interactive design solutions in PowerPoint.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint).\nExcellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\nAbility to leverage brand guidelines to develop a range of creative initiatives while utilizing various procedures and processes.\nVersatile, flexible, and confident communication skills, active listening and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers and team members.\nTechnical understanding of digital and print media.\nProficient understanding of copyright regulations.\nContinuously grows design skills, maintains awareness of design industry trends, and remain current with emerging innovations and technological advancements.\nDesigns with meticulous attention to detail.\nAbility to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of firm brand, strategy and standards.\nWhat we look for\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or equivalent experience\n3-5 years of experience in graphic design or related field\nExperience working in a virtual environment is preferred\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
