This is a full-time position.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nLead a team of data scientists and AI specialists across both technical and business workstreams\n\nDefine project objectives, establish timelines, and manage end-to-end delivery of AI and data science solutions\n\nEngage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and provide regular updates\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams and clients to identify data and AI opportunities that drive measurable business impact\n\nServe as a thought leader in data science and AI, guiding team members and contributing to capability development\n\nTranslate complex model behavior and technical insights into clear business recommendations and presentations\n\nApply cutting-edge machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques to real-world business challenges\n\nContribute to strategy, solution architecture, and delivery in a client-facing consulting environment\n\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI role\n\nProven experience in leading AI teams and delivering impactful AI or analytics projects\n\nStrong AI expertise; PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferable\n\nProficient in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, NumPy)\n\nExperience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments\n\nProficient in developing and maintaining data pipelines to ensure quality and accessibility\n\nStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP\n\nFamiliarity with relational databases (SQL) and cloud-based data architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure)\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills\n\nStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills\n\nA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields\n\nIdeally, You’ll Also Have\nConsulting experience, including direct client engagement and project leadership\n\nExperience with NLP libraries, frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs)\n\nExposure to end-to-end project delivery in Agile, SDLC, or hybrid methodologies\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure\n\nKnowledge or background in data engineering is a plus\n\nWhat We Look For\nExperience leading high-performing teams on AI, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Big Data projects\n\nStrong client management and consulting experience\n\nPassion for innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring others\n\nWhat We Offer\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package that reflects your experience and performance.
