This role requires strong technical expertise in Python, AWS, and PostgreSQL, along with knowledge of agentic architecture, combined with exceptional leadership skills to manage large teams and drive hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in system design, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery Leadership:\nOwn end-to-end delivery of digital engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.\nDefine delivery strategies, manage risks, and resolve escalations effectively.\nTeam Management & Hiring:\nLead and manage large engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.\nDrive recruitment efforts to build high-performing teams and ensure resource alignment.\nTechnical Oversight:\nProvide guidance on architecture and system design for scalable and secure solutions.\nEnsure adherence to best practices in coding, deployment, and cloud architecture.\nStakeholder Engagement:\nCollaborate with business leaders, product owners, and clients to understand requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.\nCommunicate delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively to stakeholders.\nQuality Assurance:\nOversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.\nImplement continuous improvement practices for delivery excellence.\n Domain Expertise:\nDevelop and maintain accurate short- and long-range pharma forecasts using analytical methods, historical trends, and cross-functional inputs.\nPartner with global and regional teams (marketing, finance, market access, RCLs) to gather requirements and deliver insights, presentations, and concept notes.\nPerform business analysis, sensitivity modeling, and data management while leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and basic Python for automation.\nProvide strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and opportunities, continuously optimizing pharmaceutical forecasting processes\nPrimary Skills\n Python (Advanced proficiency with FastAPI or Django)\n AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)\n PostgreSQL (Database design and optimization)\n AI Skills (Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI solution integration)\n Stakeholder Management (Strong communication and relationship-building skills)\nSystem Design & Architecture\nManaging Large Teams & Hiring\nSecondary Skills\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies\nKnowledge of microservices and distributed systems\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.\nProven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects.\nStrong technical background in Python, AWS, and PostgreSQL.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExposure to enterprise-scale digital
