The ideal candidate will combine expertise in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, and business process transformation to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions that solve complex business challenges..\nThe Opportunity\nThe role requires close collaboration with architects, data scientists, business stakeholders, and product owners to develop intelligent applications, AI-powered workflows, digital twins, knowledge graphs, and operational decision-support systems. Palantir experience with Ontology modeling, AIP automation, and enterprise integrations is highly desirable\nYou will be instrumental in driving future-ready digital engineering capabilities across product engineering, platform modernization, and AI-enabled transformation programs.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nPalantir Platform Development\nDesign and implement solutions on Palantir Foundry and Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).\nBuild, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and reusable data products.\nDevelop and manage Ontology models, business objects, relationships, actions, and workflows.\nCreate operational and analytical applications using Workshop and other Palantir development capabilities.\nConfigure and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs\nAI & Agentic AI Development\nDevelop AI-powered solutions leveraging:Large Language Models (LLMs)\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nAI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems\nPrompt Engineering\nSemantic Search\nKnowledge Graphs\n\nBuild intelligent workflows using Palantir AIP Agent Studio and automation frameworks.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional squads (architects, data scientists, designers, and product teams).\nProvide technical leadership in engagements, influencing architecture and delivery direction.\nPresent value articulation, solution architecture, and outcomes to CXO and senior stakeholders.\nDelivery & Leadership\nLead development workstreams in Agile environments.\nMentor junior developers and engineers.\nConduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.\nEngage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions.\nSupport production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\nSoft Skills\nConsulting excellence: Strong client engagement and storytelling skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.\nOutcome orientation: Focus on measurable business impact, not just technical output.\nArchitectural mindset: Ability to design modular, composable, scalable digital platforms.\nBias for action: Thrive in ambiguity with a build-first, iterate-fast mindset.\nLeadership: Ability to guide teams, mentor engineers, and own delivery outcomes.\nTo Qualify for the Role, You Must Have\n5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or data engineering experience.\n2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.\nExperience building enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions.\nExperience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.\nAdditional Qualifications\nExperience with Palantir AIP Agent Builder.\nExperience in digital twin, IoT, or industrial AI solutions.
