This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, platform architecture, AI-led solutioning, and client value realization, requiring deep hands-on technical expertise combined with strong consulting acumen.\nThe Opportunity\nAs an FDE in Digital Engineering, you will work directly with clients to co-create, engineer, and scale AI-first digital solutions that accelerate business outcomes. You will play a critical role in translating business problems into PDLC-driven solutions, rapidly moving from POCs to enterprise-grade platforms, and embedding GenAI, data, and cloud-native engineering into core business workflows.\nYou will be instrumental in driving future-ready digital engineering capabilities across product engineering, platform modernization, and AI-enabled transformation programs.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nCustomer Engagement & Solution Delivery\nPartner with clients to shape business problems into solution hypotheses aligned to PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle).\nDrive co-creation workshops, rapid prototyping, and outcome-led solution design.\nTranslate ambiguous requirements into architecture, data flows, and scalable engineering constructs.\nDeliver end-to-end solutions spanning discovery, POC, MVP, and enterprise-scale rollout.\nAnchor business value realization (cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, productivity gains) as part of delivery.\nEngineering & Development\nBuild AI-first, cloud-native applications and platforms using modern engineering practices.\nDevelop accelerators, reusable components, and engineering patterns for repeatable delivery.\nWork across APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and composable architectures.\nIntegrate GenAI copilots, agents, and automation into enterprise workflows.\nDrive engineering excellence (performance, scalability, resilience, security).\nEmerging Technology Enablement\nApply and scale cutting-edge capabilities across:Generative AI & Agentic AI (LLMs, copilots, multi-agent systems)\nData platforms & real-time intelligence\nCloud-native & platform engineering (Azure/AWS/GCP)\nAutomation & intelligent workflows\n\nEvaluate, incubate, and outcomes.\nTo Qualify for the Role, You Must Have\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in digital/product engineering, solution architecture, or FDE/customer-facing engineering roles.\nStrong programming expertise (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go or similar).\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nExperience in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\nStrong exposure to data engineering, pipelines, and modern data platforms.\nProven experience in client-facing engagements or consulting-driven delivery models.\nIdeally, You’ll Also Have\nExperience working in AI-led engineering / GenAI use cases / intelligent automation\nExposure to PDLC, product-centric delivery models, or platform engineering\nExperience building POCs and scaling them to enterprise-grade solutions\nStrong problem-solving and structured thinking approach\nHigh
