As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Leadership:Mentor and guide a team of talented developers.\nProvide technical leadership and expertise in Angular, Java, and other relevant technologies.\nDefine and enforce best practices for software development and coding standards.\nStay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.\n\nSoftware Development:Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Micro service and other relevant technologies.\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\n\nProject Management:Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.\nEstimate effort, plan schedules, and track project progress.\nIdentify and mitigate risks.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget.\n\nQuality Assurance:Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nConduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nStrong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.\nHands on experience of web technologies like Angular 14/ 16, NgRx Store, RxJs, HTML/HTML 5, HTML, CSS/CSS3, RWD (Responsive Web Designing), LESS, SCSS,\nDeep understanding of web development concepts, including JavaScript & TypeScript\nExperience in writing unit test cases for Angular\nMust have strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, with a primary skill set in designing and building REST-based APIs.\nDevelop and maintain APIs for web-based applications, focusing on high performance, scalability, and reliability.\nExperience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).\nSolid understanding of software design patterns and principles.\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExperience with cloud platforms
