GDS spans all geographies, practices, services lines, sectors and competencies within EY to deliver integrated services that result in efficient and world-class solutions. The position in discussion is with the P&CE in EY GDS Clients and Industries Function. The GDS P&CE serves as an extension to the onshore Deals team who are involved in the direct Bid Management Processes. The P&CE supports the onshore teams on a number of opportunities, adding more value during the Deal process or the bid management cycle.\nThe Deal Support Specialist - Supervising Associate provides support in the different phases of the Deal process. This role will support the Pursuit Strategist/Leader in all the stages of the Bid Management Process, involving in pre-RFP, RFP response and post-RFP phase. The range of activities include project management, research, review and analytical support for the onshore Deal team throughout the bid management cycle. This role will support in executing globally consistent strategy.\nYour key responsibilities\nStrategic Pursuit and Opportunity Management:\nGather information through secondary research (both internal and external sources) and generate top-notch deliverables such as company profiles, competitor insights, trend analysis, and other valuable assets to support pre and proposal development phases.\nPrepare and drive project management plan throughout the deal cycle by acting as a point of contact in managing the end-to-end process including but not limited to organizing meetings, preparing meeting notes, finalizing timelines and accountabilities as per deadlines.\nOwns the preparation of kick-off documents, CV collation for team book, orals preparation and credentials pack. Support in the development of draft proposal sections based on deal requirement.\nLiaise with the broader team in development of client collaterals such as storyboards, placemats, proposals and internal presentations\nEstablish and maintain clear and transparent communication and build strong stakeholders’ relationships by exhibiting professional etiquettes and adhering to agreed timelines and quality benchmarks\nManage a repository of Regional, Market Segment or Service Line client-facing collateral as appropriate\nExhibit innovative thinking and flexible approach while managing complex and out-of-scope requests\nOwn and maintain repository of client presentations, RFQ responses, marketing collateral, etc.\nAnalytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:\nCritical thinking, organized, detail - oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines\nDemonstrates excellent customer service skills including telephone, MS Teams and e-mail support\nSupervision Responsibilities: \nThis role will have supervisory responsibilities and direct reports\nWill be responsible for leading a region, stakeholder management and governance\nAct as a counselor for Pursuit Coordinators (Senior Associate and Associate Ranks)\nQuality review of deliverables\nSkills and attributes for success\nPrior experience in Deals/pre-sales/bid management and project management\nExcellent communications skills (verbal, written and listening) \nGood business acumen and understanding of business development, Deal/ project management and coordination skills\nExpert in computer skills like Microsoft suite and Internet-based research\nExperience with SharePoint is desirable\nAble to build collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nEducation:\nUniversity/bachelor’s degree required\nMaster’s in business administration\nExperience:\n6 Yrs to 11 Yrs\nMinimum 3 years’ experience working with large Global organization preferably in a professional services firm\nProven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential as the role requires direct communication with international team members\nWell versed in using MS Office\nCertification Requirements:\nExpected to remain current on EY training and curriculum (e.g. Account Management Framework (AMF), Badges, etc.)\nAPMP and or PMP Certification would be added advantage\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nAs the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, long/flexible hours are regularly required\nModerate travel - for attending leadership meetings/trainings\nTechnologies and Tools\nExcellent MS office skills, specifically PowerPoint are required\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
