This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale systems, cloud technologies, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing opportunities to influence the future direction of our technology landscape.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nAs a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational processes that enable successful delivery of applications and services.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDesign, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support application hosting, data processing, analytics, and enterprise services.\nDevelop and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve deployment quality and consistency.\nImplement monitoring, alerting, and logging capabilities to ensure system health, availability, and performance visibility.\nAutomate operational and administrative tasks to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and improve reliability.\nCollaborate with development, operations, product, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered successfully.\nSupport software releases, deployments, and infrastructure maintenance activities as required.\nEnsure platforms and services comply with organizational security standards, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.\nDevelop and implement best practices for access management, data protection, and system security.\nAnalyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to improve scalability and operational efficiency.\nParticipate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production issues, driving long-term corrective actions and continuous improvement.\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nSuccess in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, collaboration, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
