In this role, you will provide safe and efficient transportation and\nmessenger services, helping our people and business operate effectively. You\nwill represent EY during every journey and delivery, applying sound judgement,\ndiscretion and a strong commitment to service.\n\nYour\nkey responsibilities\n\n Provide safe, reliable\n and timely transportation for authorised passengers, documents and items.\n\n Carry out messenger\n duties, including the collection and delivery of correspondence,\n documents, parcels and other business items.\n\n Plan journeys efficiently\n and use appropriate routes across Mauritius.\n\n Maintain the assigned\n vehicle in a clean, safe and serviceable condition, and promptly report\n any maintenance or safety concerns.\n\n Follow applicable road\n traffic requirements and EY policies and procedures at all times.\n\n Handle documents,\n information and business matters with discretion and confidentiality.\n\n Maintain accurate records\n relating to journeys, deliveries, fuel or other assigned activities, where\n required.\n\nProvide\noccasional ad hoc support with general office operations and upkeep, including assisting\nwith the purchase of office supplies and carrying out light cleaning duties\nsuch as vacuuming and emptying waste bins, where reasonably required.\n\n Support the office with\n other related duties reasonably assigned from time to time.\n\nSkills\nand attributes for success\n\n A strong commitment to\n safe and responsible driving.\n\n Reliability, punctuality\n and a professional approach.\n\n Good knowledge of roads,\n routes and key locations across Mauritius.\n\n Good organisation and\n time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise assignments.\n\n Clear and courteous\n communication, with a service-oriented mindset.\n\n Sound judgement and the\n ability to maintain confidentiality.\n\n Ability to work\n independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.\n\nTo\nqualify for the role, you must have\n\n A minimum School\n Certificate (SC) or an equivalent qualification.\n\n A valid driving licence\n authorising you to drive the vehicles required for the role, including a\n van.\n\n At least two years of\n relevant professional driving experience.\n\n A clean driving record\n with no major traffic offences.\n\n A clean certificate of\n character.\n\nWhat\nwe look for\n\nWe are\ninterested in dependable people who take pride in delivering a safe, discreet\nand high-quality service.
