Responsible for leading Eagle transformation and implementation programs, driving data strategy and governance initiatives, and managing stakeholder relationships to deliver robust investment data and reporting solutions\nExperience: 8 to 12 years\nRelevant Experience Requirements\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Eagle PACE.\nMinimum 8+ years in Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Accounting, Reference Data Management, or Investment Operations.\nProven experience leading Eagle implementation, support, migration, or transformation initiatives.\nExperience managing client engagements, project delivery, and stakeholder communications.\nExperience mentoring teams and providing solution leadership across Eagle and data management platforms.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nEagle Platform Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience working with Eagle investment data management and data warehousing solutions.\nIn-depth understanding of Eagle data architecture, data models, reference data management, and investment data lifecycle.\nExperience managing and supporting Security Master, Holdings, Transactions, Pricing, Benchmarks, Performance, and Corporate Actions data.\nStrong understanding of data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, validation, enrichment, and distribution processes.\nExperience performing investment data reconciliation, exception analysis, and root cause investigation.\nStrong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large investment datasets.\nUnderstanding of investment accounting concepts, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and downstream reporting processes.\nExposure to Eagle accounting and reporting capabilities is desirable\nData Analysis & Reconciliation\nPerform large-scale data analysis using SQL and analytical tools.\nReconcile positions, transactions, accruals, cash balances, and valuations between Eagle and upstream/downstream systems.\nConduct source-to-target mapping analysis and data lineage reviews.\nIdentify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.\nBusiness Analysis\nGather and document business requirements.\nCreate functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents.\nSupport SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.\nPartner with Operations, Accounting, Performance, and Technology teams.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with
