Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nTechnology Strategy and Architecture\nShape technology strategy, architectural direction and transformation roadmaps that align business objectives with technology outcomes.\n\nDevelop and maintain architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and target-state capabilities.\n\nEvaluate technology options, emerging trends and architectural approaches, assessing their business, operational and technology implications.\n\nGovernance, Assurance and Decision Support\nProvide architectural leadership, guidance and assurance across programmes, projects and technology initiatives.\n\nSupport technology governance activities, architecture reviews, and strategic decision-making processes.\n\nContribute to technology investment decisions, business case development, procurement activities and solution evaluations.\n\nStakeholder Engagement and Consulting\nEngage business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and build consensus around technology direction.\n\nContribute to client engagements, proposals, pursuits and advisory activities.\n\nAct as a trusted adviser, helping stakeholders navigate complex business and technology challenges.\n\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve outcomes, accelerate delivery, and increase efficiency through the effective application of AI and other emerging technologies.\n\nPromote innovation, continuous improvement, and the practical adoption of new technologies, approaches, and ways of working.\n\nCapability Development\nSupport the growth of architecture capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nContribute to the development of architecture practices, intellectual property, standards, and reusable assets.\n\nTo qualify for the role, you should have\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.\n\nBroad experience with technology operating models, delivery approaches and service management considerations across modern technology environments, together with an appreciation of FinOps concepts and practices.\n\nExperience gained through architecture, engineering, consulting, governance, transformation or technology leadership roles.\n\nExposure to technology strategy, operating models, transformation initiatives and organisational change.\n\nAble to understand complex business and technology challenges, evaluate competing priorities, and contribute to strategic and operational decision-making.\n\nPractical architecture and delivery experience combined with an understanding of how business, technology and organisational capabilities work together to deliver outcomes.\n\nFamiliarity with recognised architecture, governance, delivery or service management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL or equivalent).\n\nBuilds strong relationships across business and technology communities, collaborates effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and supports the growth and development of others through everyday interactions, coaching and teamwork.\n\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
