תיאור התפקיד

  • הובלת תוכניותPLM ארגוניות מקצה לקצה, משלב גיבוש האסטרטגיה והחזון ועד לעלייה לאוויר והטמעה מלאה.
  • ניהול פרויקטי טרנספורמציה מורכבים הכוללים עיצוב תהליכים עסקיים, ניהול שינוי ארגוני והטמעת פתרונות PLM
  • עבודה מול הנהלות בכירות, מנהלי הנדסה, תפעול, ייצור ומערכות מידע.
  • הובלת צוותי פרויקט רב-תחומיים וניהול ספקים ושותפים עסקיים.
  • ניהול תקציבים, לוחות זמנים, סיכונים ומשאבים בפרויקטים רחבי היקף.
  • הובלת אינטגרציות בין מערכותPLM למערכות ארגוניות כגוןERP, MES ומערכות הנדסיות.
  • ניהול הסבות נתונים, תהליכי אימוץ משתמשים והטמעה ארגונית.

דרישות התפקיד

  • ניסיון של 10 שנים לפחות בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים.
  • ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בהובלת תוכניות טרנספורמציה ארגוניות.
  • ניסיון מוכח בהטמעת מערכתPLM אחת לפחות.
  • ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בהיקף של מיליוני שקלים.
  • ניסיון בניהול צוותי פרויקט של 7 עובדים ומעלה.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם ארגוני הנדסה, ייצור או תעשייה.
  • הבנה מעמיקה של מחזור חיי המוצר(Product Lifecycle) ותהליכיEngineering וManufacturing.
  • ניסיון בהובלת אינטגרציות בין מערכות ארגוניות ובניהול הסבות נתונים.
  • יכולת עבודה מול דרגי הנהלה בכירים והובלת ממשקים מרובים.
