The role will focus on supporting clients in the deployment and adoption of procurement technology solutions, including Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Analytics and related digital procurement platforms.\nThe opportunity\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale procurement transformation programs, working across business process design, system requirements, configuration, testing, training, go-live readiness and post-go-live support.\nWe are looking for a Consultant with hands-on consulting and/or implementation experience across procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP, GEP or comparable eProcurement tools.\nYour key responsibilities\nSupport end-to-end procurement technology implementation projects, from requirements gathering and process design to configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare.\nFacilitate blueprinting and design workshops to capture business requirements, assess as-is processes and define fit-for-purpose to-be procurement processes.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, configuration documents and process design materials.\nSupport system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and readiness tracking.\nPrepare process documentation, configuration guides, training materials and user support documentation.\nConduct training sessions for procurement users, business requesters and suppliers.\nSupport go-live preparation, cutover activities, adoption tracking and post-go-live hypercare.\nCollaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, system integrators and EY project teams to ensure delivery quality, user adoption and business value realization.\nContribute to digital procurement initiatives by identifying automation, analytics and AI-enabled improvement opportunities across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes and the procurement technology landscape.\nPractical experience with procurement platform implementation, configuration, testing or administration.\nAbility to translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows and system design decisions.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.\nStructured problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.\nFamiliarity with digital procurement trends, including automation, analytics, AI-enabled procurement use cases and GenAI-assisted ways of working.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Technology or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, consulting, business process transformation or procurement technology implementation.\nHands-on experience with at least one procurement platform, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP, GEP or comparable tools.\nExperience in one or more Source-to-Pay areas: sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, catalog/content management, spend analytics, risk or data integration.\nExperience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, test preparation, UAT support and go-live readiness.\nStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to prepare clear client-facing deliverables and presentations.\nStrong English communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams and clients.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities and demonstrate ownership of assigned workstreams.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nAdditional certifications in procurement platforms, project management, agile delivery, process improvement, data analytics or AI literacy would be an advantage.\nExperience in data visualization and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or similar tools.\nTechnical understanding of system configuration, integrations and solution deployment is considered a strong advantage.\nKnowledge of other languages (German, French).\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
