Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Informatica.\n\n- Build, optimize, and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in Greenplum/PostgreSQL.\n\n- Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.\n\n- Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance standards.\n\n- Troubleshoot ETL failures, analyze root causes, and provide timely fixes.\n\n- Perform application support activities including batch/job monitoring, incident triage, and resolution of job failures.\n\n- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and monthly data loads.\n\n- Identify recurring production issues and implement long-term preventive solutions.\n\n- Partner with cross-functional teams to support production releases and data pipeline enhancements.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 8 - 10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development, database engineering, or data integration roles.\n\n- Strong experience with Greenplum or other MPP (Massively Parallel Processing) systems.\n\n- Exposure to cloud data warehousing platforms (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).\n\n- Experience in financial services or large-scale, data-intensive environments.\n\n- Linux shell scripting and familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes.\n\n- Experience with production support, job scheduling tools (Autosys/Control-M/Airflow), and incident management workflows.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Airflow orchestration, Kafka streaming, or enterprise data quality frameworks.\n\n- Knowledge of financial datasets such as Transactions, Positions, and Corporate Actions.\n\n- Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace,
