You will coordinate delivery teams, manage engagement activities, maintain quality standards, and coach junior team members to support their professional development.\nThe opportunity\nWe’re looking for an Infrastructure Security professional with a solution-oriented mindset, strong security engineering knowledge, and experience managing network security architecture and implementation engagements. The role requires the ability to translate client requirements into practical solutions, coordinate technical delivery, manage risks and stakeholders, and contribute to the rollout of next-generation, market-relevant security services.\nYour key responsibilities\nManage the design, architecture, assessment and implementation of network security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.\nGather business and technical requirements, develop solution approaches, and oversee preparation and review of high-level and low-level design documentation.\nLead workstreams covering next-generation firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, NAC, SD-WAN, DDoS protection, wireless security, WAF, secure web gateways and proxy solutions.\nProvide technical oversight for solutions involving Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Fortinet, Zscaler and comparable infrastructure security technologies.\nManage solution deployment, configuration, integration, testing, transition and operational-readiness activities in accordance with agreed scope and quality expectations.\nSupport Zero Trust architecture and implementation initiatives, including segmentation and micro-segmentation solutions such as Guardicore and Illumio.\nReview network and platform security designs to confirm alignment with security principles, client standards, regulatory obligations and leading practices.\nManage engagement plans, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and status reporting, escalating material concerns when required.\nCoordinate with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, vendors and other delivery teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.\nReview network drawings, configuration standards, implementation procedures, test evidence and operational documentation for completeness and quality.\nContribute to proposals, statements of work, solution demonstrations, effort estimates and other business-development activities.\nCoach team members, allocate work, review deliverables and promote consistent use of delivery methodologies, reusable assets and automation.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong technical knowledge of infrastructure and network security architecture, engineering and operations.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed scope, schedule and budget.\nSound understanding of infrastructure security services, governance models, operating models, controls and delivery methodologies.\nAbility to build trusted relationships with client managers, technical leads, vendors and internal stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation and decision-making skills.\nAbility to communicate technical risks, architecture decisions and delivery concerns clearly to technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience supervising technical teams, reviewing deliverables, providing constructive feedback and supporting capability development.\nCommercial awareness and the ability to support scoping, effort estimation, resource planning and engagement financial management.\nA proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nAbility to create and deliver domain-specific training and knowledge-sharing sessions.\nUnderstanding of automation opportunities that improve security operations, service quality and delivery efficiency.\nWillingness to travel and work flexibly when required by client or engagement needs.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n12+ years of Information Technology experience, including significant experience in infrastructure or network security and at least 5 years leading technical workstreams or small delivery teams.\nStrong experience in security engineering, architecture assessments, solution design and implementation.\nHands-on knowledge of firewalls, VPN, NAC, SD-WAN, WAF, proxy, IPS/IDS, DDoS protection, EDR/XDR and related controls.\nExperience deploying, maintaining or operating one or more enterprise network security platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Zero Trust principles, segmentation, micro-segmentation and secure access architectures.\nUnderstanding of cloud security architecture and hybrid infrastructure security considerations.\nDemonstrated experience managing client expectations, project risks, delivery quality and technical documentation.\nA consultative and pragmatic approach to solving security and technology challenges.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExcellent verbal and written communication, technical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong project management, negotiation, team leadership and interpersonal capabilities.\nPrior experience in advisory, professional services, system integration or technology consulting.\nCustomer-focused mindset with experience contributing to proposals, estimations and solution presentations.\nRelevant professional certification such as CISSP,
