The consultant will design and develop technical solutions, support integrations and conversions, and work closely with functional teams and client stakeholders across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.\nExperience\n3-7 years of relevant Oracle EBS technical experience, preferably in Release 12 (R12)\nExperience in at least 1-2 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support engagements\nHands-on experience developing RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows\nStrong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and concurrent programs\nExperience with Oracle APIs, open interfaces, interface tables, and data migration utilities\nExposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Web ADI, SOA/integration technologies, or EBS 12.2 development standards is an added advantage\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze functional requirements and prepare technical design documents\nDesign, develop, test, and support RICEW components and custom EBS solutions\nDevelop inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, interface tables, and standard integration methods\nBuild and support data conversion programs, reports, concurrent programs, workflows, forms, and extensions\nPerform unit testing, support SIT and UAT, troubleshoot defects, and complete root-cause analysis\nFollow Oracle EBS development, coding, migration, and documentation standards\nCoordinate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams through deployment and production support\nSkills\nStrong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and AOL components\nStrong SQL and PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and debugging skills\nHands-on knowledge of Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, Workflow, concurrent processing, APIs, and open interfaces\nUnderstanding of Oracle EBS technical objects across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or HCM modules\nFamiliarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting and source-code or migration tools is desirable\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nEnglish required;
