Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products \nInnovate and develop industry leading ML and AI toolkits to standardize offerings\nJob requirements\nTo qualify, candidates must have:\nA post graduate degree (MBA/ Statistics) with 4-6 years of related work experience\nSuitable consulting/ corp. experience\nTranslate ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytical scopes and delivery plans\nOwn end-to-end quality of analytics deliverables, including logic validation, insight framing, and executive-level communication\nProven experience in translating technical methods to non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to determine risks and opportunity areas\nLead and develop analytics teams to deliver high-quality insights while building sustainable internal capabilities and partner relationships\nDevelops internal team capabilities including development of standard analytic solutions and assets\nProven experience in translating technical methods to non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to write clean and efficient code in\nPython or R,\nSQL (including T-SQL)\nPower BI\nAdvanced Excel including VBA\nExperience working with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP or AWS\nWorking knowledge on AI development and orchestration including Agentic, RAG models while using Langchain and Langgraph libraries\nTalent to adapt to new challenges and ideas \nAbility to lead team of analyst and data scientists, reviewing analytical logic, guiding insight development, and ensuring executive-ready outputs\nStrong written and verbal
