You will be part of a team of highly skilled professionals participating in projects related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), fraud and other financial crime topics, for major financial institutions in Greece and abroad. Your future teammates, being talented, supportive, value-driven, diverse and high-performing professionals, help clients navigate complexity, assess business opportunities, protect value, drive sustainable growth and instill trust across their internal and external stakeholders.\nYour key responsibilities\nFor this role, you are required to:\nHave an understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and/or Know-you-Customer (KYC) frameworks, processes, policies and related information requirements\nComprehend AML and/or KYC related regulatory requirements and keep up to date with latest developments in the area\nWork closely with clients to perform operations related to AML and/or KYC, indicatively covering:\nAML alert investigations\nKYC onboarding/update\nReporting\nEscalation for missing/incomplete information\n\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nA bachelor's and master’s degree in areas such as economics, international studies, law, business/public administration and finance.\nStrong written and verbal communication in Greek and English\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team\nProject management skills\nWillingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills\nTravelling availability and potential work on projects abroad\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nMaster’s degree in areas such as economics, international studies, law, business/public administration and finance.\nExperience (limited or extensive) around the area of AML investigations and/or KYC operations, in the financial services/banking sector, or other sectors\nFinancial crime related certifications (e.g. from ACAMS, ICA, GCI) will be considered an asset\nWhat we look for\nYour passion for excellence, your enthusiasm and motivation for personal and professional growth characterize you.
