This role is ideal for an elite individual contributor who thrives in ambiguous environments, prefers building real systems over managing teams, and can translate business problems into production-grade AI solutions. The person should have worked on GenAI, AI/ML, Data Science solutions on multiple proprietary enterprise AI tech stacks along with Hyperscalers, Platform AI tech stack.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead complex end-to-end deployments in production at strategic customers.\nAct as a forward-deployed technical owner, responsible for taking ambiguous ideas from concept → prototype → production.\nLead the discovery, design, development, and deployment of high-impact AI / GenAI-powered solutions in close collaboration with client stakeholders.\nBuild LLM-driven applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows that demonstrate measurable business value.\nDrive innovation by creating reusable accelerators, frameworks, and reference implementations for enterprise GenAI deployments.\nEnable rapid experimentation and large-scale adoption of AI, data, and cloud platforms through hands-on engineering leadership.\nSkills and attributes for success\nWe are looking for experienced individuals with deep technical expertise and a strong drive to deliver measurable business impact, who take ownership and move quickly from idea to execution. The ideal candidates are comfortable navigating ambiguity, communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, and contribute both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n8-10 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.\nStrong hands-on system-building and production deployment experience.\nProven experience delivering solutions in client-facing or high-ambiguity environments.\nSolid understanding of Distributed systems, Microservices and APIs & Cloud-native architectures\nAbility to independently own and deliver complex, high-impact solutions.\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nHands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering, RAG architectures and vector databases, Agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks\nExperience integrating AI systems with enterprise data platforms.\nExposure to AI ecosystem - OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Palantir, and many others along with Hyperscalers - Azure, AWS, GCP, and similar ecosystem\nFrontend or UI exposure for AI-driven applications.\nWhat we look for\nWe love working with people who are passionate about their job and have great interpersonal skills, who are ready to face new professional challenges.
