You will work across both front-end and back-end development, building intuitive React interfaces, scalable Node.js services, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with business and technology teams to translate functional requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nDesign and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React\nBuild and maintain scalable back-end services using Node.js\nDesign, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality and system integrations\nDevelop and maintain end-to-end business workflows for the WHT application\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions\nPerform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization across front-end and back-end components\nCollaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle\nEnsure application security, code quality, reliability, and maintainability through engineering best practices\nSupport application deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field\nProven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Software Engineer\nStrong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development\nStrong experience developing back-end applications and services using Node.js\nExperience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs\nGood understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data structures, and application integration\nUnderstanding of Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices\nExperience working with cloud-based environments and application deployment is an advantage\nStrong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders\nWhat We Look For\nWe are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building reliable digital applications from front end to back end.
