Our Consulting team is part of EY’s Europe Central cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting.\n\nConduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.\n\nConfigure system modules, define workflows, and perform functional testing in collaboration with technical teams.\n\nPrepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test scripts.\n\nSupport data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.\n\nWork closely with developers to design and validate customizations, reports, and integrations.\n\nProvide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.\n\nParticipate in solution reviews, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients by providing best practices and recommendations on process optimization.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification preferred.\n\nMinimum 8 years of experience in a functional consulting role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).\n\nProven experience in full-cycle implementations - from requirements gathering to go-live and support.\n\nProven experience in leading and mentoring a team of consultants.\nExperience in one or more of the following domains:\n\nFinance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting\n\nSupply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing\n\nProject Operations / Management Accounting\n\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong understanding of business process flows and cross-module dependencies.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into clear functional designs.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to work effectively in client-facing environments and cross-functional teams.\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic project requirements.\n\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
