This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver business value and technical excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and SPM.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform designs.\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, catalogs, portals, and automations.\nBuild integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.\nParticipate in requirements gathering, solution workshops, and design discussions.\nPerform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance requirements.\nLead development workstreams and mentor junior developers and consultants.\nSupport estimation, solutioning, and proposal activities for new opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of overall IT experience.\n3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\nExperience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, Reports, and Dashboards.\nExperience implementing one or more ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or SPM.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer
