The role demands working knowledge of test automation concepts and tools, with hands-on experience in Java-based automation frameworks.\nSkills and attributes for success\nMandatory experience in the Insurance domain, with Guidewire Property & Casualty (P&C) expertise considered a strong advantage.\nStrong understanding of Software Testing Fundamentals, QA methodologies, testing processes, and industry best practices.\nAbility to analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.\nHands-on experience in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.\nExperience executing manual test cases and validating application functionality against defined requirements.\nConduct end-to-end business process validation across integrated systems to ensure complete functional coverage and data integrity.\nReview and validate test cases, test evidence, and defect quality to improve overall testing effectiveness and coverage.\nSupport test planning, test estimation, and testing status reporting for small to medium-sized projects and release\nProven experience managing the complete defect lifecycle, including defect identification, logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.\nExperience handling change requests, impact assessments, and regression testing activities.\nWorking knowledge of test automation concepts and frameworks, with exposure to tools such as Java Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and RestAssured.
