This role focuses on identifying where AI can improve IAM operations, governance, access risk management, privileged access, and non-human identity controls across enterprise environments.\nYou will work closely with clients and delivery teams to translate IAM challenges into practical, scalable, and reusable AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong IAM domain understanding, consulting leadership, and the ability to shape solution approaches that improve identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, privileged access, compliance posture, and emerging areas such as agent, workload, and service identities.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong blend of IAM experience, AI awareness, solution design capability, and stakeholder-facing communication skills. This profile is expected to guide discovery, define the IAM-AI vision, support PoCs and MVPs, and help clients adopt intelligent, risk-aware, and secure identity operations without losing focus on control, auditability, and business value.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nTechnical architecture & design\nDefine IAM-AI solution architecture across IGA, AM/SSO, PAM, directory services, NHI, and security operations use cases.\nTranslate client IAM challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflows, PoCs, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps.\nGuide secure integration of identity data, AI models, automation scripts, APIs, analytics, and cloud services to improve IAM operations and risk visibility.\nProvide hands-on direction using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and automation patterns to validate and accelerate solution delivery.\nLLM, Reasoning & Knowledge Engineering\nDesign AI-led IAM use cases using LLMs, RAG, agents, copilots, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.\nApply AI/ML techniques to support access risk analysis, anomaly detection, role mining, certification insights, and privileged access intelligence.\nSupport secure NHI and agent identity governance covering discovery, inventory, authentication, authorization, and guardrails.\nIAM integration automation leadership\nLead client workshops, discovery, solution shaping, estimation, roadmap definition, and executive-level IAM-AI storytelling.\nDesign AI-enabled governance capabilities across SailPoint, Saviynt, access reviews, lifecycle management, provisioning, SOD, and compliance reporting.\nShape PAM automation and analytics across CyberArk, privileged access patterns, session monitoring, password rotation, secrets, and risk-based remediation.\nDevelop client-ready insights and dashboards using identity data, analytics, automation, and visualization tools.\nQualifications\nRequired Skills\n7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity consulting, AI architecture, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics.\nStrong understanding of IAM domains including IGA, AM/SSO, PAM, AD/Entra ID, NHI, lifecycle management, governance, provisioning, access reviews, and risk scoring.\nWorking knowledge of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, copilots, orchestration, embeddings, and cloud AI services.\nHands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, APIs, automation scripts, data pipelines, and cloud-native integration patterns.\nGood understanding of IAM protocols and controls including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, Conditional Access, federation, authorization, and certificate/key management.\nStrong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Big 4, GDS, global delivery, or consulting-led environments.\nAbility to create PoC/MVP plans, architecture views, roadmap slides, executive summaries, and client demos.\nExposure to IAM modernization, NHI governance, privileged access transformation, AI adoption, and responsible AI controls.\nRelevant working knowledge or certifications across CISSP, CISM, Azure AI, Google ML, Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or cloud security are preferred.\nCertifications, Compliance & Assurance\nEnsure IAM-AI solutions are secure, auditable, explainable, and aligned with client risk, compliance, and assurance expectations.\nDefine governance guardrails for AI-driven identity operations, NHI controls, privileged access automation, access recommendations, data handling, and model-assisted decisions.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
