This is a unique opportunity for individuals eager to blend creativity with technology to deliver outstanding results.\nThis position is offered on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of transition into a permanent role at the end of the contract period, subject to business requirements and individual performance.\nKey responsibilities\nAssist in the development and design of branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, and social media content under the guidance of senior team members.\nAnalyse provided information and resources to establish design concepts and produce initial drafts in accordance with project briefs.\nAdhere to EY brand guidelines, maintaining high standards for aesthetic quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency.\nRemain up-to-date with current design trends, and effectively communicate these insights with team members and clients.\nCollaborate closely with colleagues and internal project leaders to achieve optimal outcomes.\nEffectively manage multiple assignments and deadlines with direction from supervisors.\nEngage with clients to clarify design requirements and facilitate idea exchange.\nDeliver design solutions and contribute creative input during the decision-making process.\nRespond promptly to client inquiries via Teams and Email as necessary.\nParticipate actively in organisational initiatives.\nContribute positively to a dynamic, high-performing team environment.\nReport to the Creative Lead or Senior Designer for guidance and mentorship.\nAI focused: AI-Assisted Design Creation; Video Content Production; Interactive Content Development; Trend Monitoring; Workflow Optimisation; Creative Ideation\nPrint responsibilities\nThe Print Production Specialist is responsible for printing, packaging and delivery of the final product.\nPrint production of high-quality materials including, but not limited to Brochures; Trifold; Z-fold; Gatefold; Placemats; Invitations; Name tags; Table Talkers; Belly bands; Lamination; Wire binding; Glue binding; etc \nProactively liaise with technicians and Procurement with regards to managing the printer and all related materials\nProactively engage the required individuals to resolve print issues as and when they arise\nMaintain an inventory of print stocks (Print toner, paper etc) ensuring that orders are placed in advance so that printing jobs are not interrupted.\nAI focused Responsibilities\nAI-Assisted Design Creation: Use AI tools to create graphics and brand assets as per client briefs.\nVideo Content Production: Employ AI for editing videos, motion graphics, and visual effects.\nInteractive Content Development: Build interactive, AI-powered marketing content.\nTrend Monitoring: Stay updated on AI and design advancements to keep the team innovative.\nWorkflow Optimisation: Apply AI to streamline creative processes and train colleagues.\nCreative Ideation: Work with teams to generate and deliver AI-driven campaign ideas.\nExperience Requirements\nMinimum 2+ years of experience, preferably within an agency\nBachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Graphic Design \nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.\nProficiency with AI tools\nKnowledge and Skills Requirements\nA user-centric mindset paired with curiosity and a willingness to learn\nEager approach to creative problem-solving and innovative thinking, even with limited experience\nUnderstanding of typography fundamentals and a developing eye for layout balance \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade, with an openness to feedback and guidance\nAttention to detail and accuracy across tasks \nAbility to adapt positively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment\nMotivation to explore AI tools and their potential applications in design\nInterest in learning and integrating new software and creative technologies\nAwareness of visual trends and a desire to grow in art direction\nWhat we look for\nPassion to tell stories through the power of visuals\nCreative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitude\nSelf-starter with the ability to understand and translate verbal ideas into impactful, cohesive outputs\nHands-on experience in developing brochures, newsletters, flyers, banners, business presentations, animated presentations and various types of marketing collaterals\nConfidence, maturity, and ability to build strong client relationships\nA strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others\nWho we are:\nAt EY we support you in achieving your unique potential both personally and professionally.
