implementation projects for our customers across the globe.\nYour client responsibilities:\nNeed to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various technical streams of Guidewire implementation project.\nInterface and communicate with the onsite coordinators\nPlanning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.\nMentor the project team in executing the identified projects\nRegular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators\nInterface with the customer representatives as and when needed\nWilling to travel to the customers locations on need with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.\nYou will need to have:(Core Competencies)\nMandatory skills:\nDemonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration\nExperience in Property & Casualty Insurance\nExperience of working on Commercial Lines of Business (such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners, etc.)\nExperience with ISO Standard Based Templates (SBT) for Commercial Lines\nJava 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT\nStrong in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System\nShould have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or Websphere/Weblogic\nReal time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background\nShould have understanding and experience of software development best practices.\nExcellent business communication skills\nExcellent leadership skills\nPrior Client facing experience\nExperience preferred: Guidewire implementations, and upgrades in the Insurance sector.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in Guidewire PolicyCenter
