Experience great flexibility under our hybrid operating model across our offices in Athens, Patras, Thessaloniki and Crete and contribute to building a better working world.\nThe opportunity\nWe are currently seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Cyber Security team, providing services to large corporate clients across different industries.\nYou will work in multidisciplinary teams to provide a broad range of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including identity governance, access management, privileged access management and cloud identity security. You will collaborate with professionals from diverse technical and business backgrounds, gaining exposure to complex client environments in Greece and abroad.\nAs an IAM Professional, you will contribute technical expertise to client engagements and internal projects, working closely with clients and technology teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions.\nYour key responsibilities\nContribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of authentication and access management solutions using Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID and protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.\nConfigure, integrate and support identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms, including identity lifecycle workflows, access requests, provisioning and access reviews.\nSupport the implementation and administration of privileged access management (PAM) solutions.\nDevelop scripts and API integrations to automate IAM processes and workflows.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, operating procedures and runbooks.\nCollaborate with client project teams, application owners and infrastructure teams to design and implement identity security controls.\nMonitor IAM metrics, prepare reports and support service, incident and change management activities.\nSkills and attributes for success\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM, identity security or a closely related technical area.\nHands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, including authentication, authorization and application integration.\nGood understanding of identity and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.\nExperience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions and identity lifecycle processes.\nExposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and privileged access controls.\nScripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash and/or JavaScript, as well as experience with REST APIs.\nUnderstanding of cloud identity and security concepts, ideally within Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and/or Google Cloud.\nStrong communication skills in Greek and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. \nIdeally,you'll also have\nIAM delivery experience within financial services or other complex enterprise environments.\nFamiliarity with service management and delivery tools such as ServiceNow or Dynamics 365.\nExperience integrating identity controls into Kubernetes, DevSecOps or CI/CD environments.\nExperience using AI-assisted tools for automation, troubleshooting or technical documentation.\nRelevant IAM, cloud or security certifications (e.g., Microsoft SC-300 or equivalent).\nWhat we look for\nA curious and proactive professional with a genuine interest in IAM and cyber security, eager to explore new technologies and continuously develop.
