The experiences you gain here will be more valuable than anywhere else, so, whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.\nYour key responsibilities\nAssist engagement teams in realizing clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations.\nParticipate in transformational technology consulting engagements, including:\nTechnology Strategy & Assessment\nBusiness/technology/solution architecture\nBusiness and IT Requirements definition\nIT process design\nTransformational technology program management\nDesign and improvement of IT operating models\nServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory\nSupport project/team management activities, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.\nLeverage data and technology to assist in providing innovative solutions to clients’ challenges.\nHelp prepare high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in a timely manner.\nIdentify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior team members.\nDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with clients’ personnel.\nBuild strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other services across the organization.\nParticipate in educational programs to continually develop personal skills and capabilities.\nWhat we look for\nMaster’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records\nStrong customer-centricity and interpersonal skills - a Team Player!\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively.\nA keen interest in technology and its applications in business.\nExposure to key technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AI, and more.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
