Job Purpose

As an Accountant you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Finance and Accounting Department and the internal clients of the firm through precise, responsible and client-oriented mindset, active involvement in teamwork, and flexibility regarding workload.

Key responsibilities

• General Ledger accounting on stand-alone level; this includes booking of daily cash

movements, invoices, expense accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions and reconciliation of financial data.

• Prepare client billing invoices in system based on instructions received from engagement managers and following e-billing
• Record and post purchase invoices in system
• Monitor employee expense reimbursements and process related accounting entries based on supporting documentation.
• Prepare payment orders through the electronic banking platform and maintain bank documentation,
• Coordinate the physical submission and collection of documents with banks, tax authorities, and other governmental institutions.
• Compile supporting documentation, including invoice copies, payment confirmations, and financial schedules, for double taxation treaty relief applications related to foreign vendor payments.
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Finance Department.
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks.
• Performing statistical reporting

To qualify, candidates should have:

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Computer skills (MS Office; Excel) - advanced level
• Excellent communication skills in English and Macedonian language.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude
• Analytical thinking skills and team work
• Willingness to learn
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
