If you are a person with positive attitude, have good analytical skills and are eager to learn and improve your professional knowledge and performance, this is the place where you will be able to realize your full potential\nKey responsibilities\nGeneral Ledger accounting on stand-alone level; this includes booking of daily cash\nmovements, invoices, expense accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions and reconciliation of financial data.\nPrepare client billing invoices in system based on instructions received from engagement managers and following e-billing\nRecord and post purchase invoices in system\nMonitor employee expense reimbursements and process related accounting entries based on supporting documentation.\nPrepare payment orders through the electronic banking platform and maintain bank documentation,\nCoordinate the physical submission and collection of documents with banks, tax authorities, and other governmental institutions.\nCompile supporting documentation, including invoice copies, payment confirmations, and financial schedules, for double taxation treaty relief applications related to foreign vendor payments.\nProvide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Finance Department.\nEnsuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks.\nPerforming statistical reporting\nTo qualify, candidates should have:\nUniversity Degree in Accounting / Finance\nComputer skills (MS Office; Excel) - advanced level\nExcellent communication skills in English and Macedonian language.\nSelf-motivated, positive attitude\nAnalytical thinking skills and team work\nWillingness to learn\nStrong writing and verbal communication skills\nWe offer you:\nWorking in an international environment with a bright, friendly and energetic team\nOpportunity to develop your personal and business skills by working on challenging projects with some of the most well-known companies as well as through our extensive learning and development programs\nAccess to international training and qualifications\nAttractive remuneration package \nInterested?
