As a Director, you will be a recognised senior adviser, combining industry insight, technical credibility and delivery leadership to grow trusted client relationships and lead high-quality transformation.\nYour key responsibilities\nBuild trusted relationships with CxOs, functional leaders and technology leaders, setting their AI and data strategy, roadmap and value case.\nTranslate business problems into scalable AI and data solutions, including the required platforms, operating model and change.\nOwn pipeline and growth for your sector, function or account; originate, shape and close large, multi-practice opportunities.\nProvide senior technical authority across Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake, including GenAI and agentic AI.\nLead a portfolio of engagements, accountable for quality, commercial performance and outcomes through blended UK and offshore teams.\nDevelop alliance-led propositions, market points of view, accelerators and go-to-market activity.\nBuild and coach a high-performing team and contribute to practice strategy and investment decisions.\nSkills and attributes for success\nYou will combine client focus, commercial judgement and inclusive leadership with the ability to connect business outcomes to robust AI and data delivery.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nDeep industry expertise in Government, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail, Utilities or Telecommunications, or deep functional expertise in customer, finance, procurement or supply chain.\nA strong record as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, translating business problems into AI and data solutions delivered at scale.\nSenior technical credibility in at least one of Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake, with experience assuring solution quality.\nProven success originating significant work, growing client relationships and leading blended delivery teams.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience building propositions, practices or alliance relationships.\nKnowledge of responsible AI and relevant regulation, such as UK GDPR, the EU AI Act or sector standards.\nAn established network in the target sector or function; security clearance or eligibility for Government work is advantageous.\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for an influential, commercially minded leader who combines executive presence with the curiosity and technical judgement to challenge constructively.
