You will work closely with program leadership, system integrators and client stakeholders to provide ongoing challenge, assurance and insight across the transformation lifecycle.\nYour key responsibilities\nAs a Consultant, you will contribute to transformation risk and assurance engagements across complex technology programs. Your responsibilities will include:\nPerforming pre-implementation and post-implementation reviews covering governance, data migration, cutover, security architecture, access design, process controls and organizational readiness\nSupporting development and maintenance of transformation risk registers, issue logs, KRIs and steering committee reporting\nAssessing delivery methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, SDLC) and evaluating control checkpoints and governance models\nConducting ERP and platform risk reviews across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday, cloud migrations and other large-scale systems\nSupporting ERP GRC activities, including segregation of duties (SoD), role design, automated controls and test of design / effectiveness\nIdentifying transformation risks and providing independent challenge and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders\nContributing to the design of target-state IT risk management frameworks and operating models\nCollaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, PMO, Finance and external partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with EY standards\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess risk in complex transformation environments\nAbility to work in a structured, project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to present risks and insights to program leadership\nProactive mindset with the confidence to challenge delivery risks when required\nInterest in ERP systems, cloud platforms and large-scale digital transformations\nProactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop in technology-driven risk environments\nConfident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally \nAble to effectively summarize and conclude on work, applying appropriate documentation standards\nAble to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n3-5 years of relevant experience in technology risk, IT transformation, PMO or consulting\nA university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field\nHands-on experience in SAP: administration, programming, development implementation\nEnglish working proficiency (B2 and above)\nWorking experience in at least one of the following areas:\nIT transformation programs (ERP, cloud or platform implementations)\nPMO, program governance or implementation assurance\nTechnology risk management or internal controls\nUnderstanding at least one of the following domains:\nSAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday or similar ERP platforms\nCloud transformations (Azure, AWS, GCP)\nRisk management, controls frameworks or transformation assurance\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nKnowledge of risk frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 27005, NIST, COBIT, ITIL or enterprise risk management concepts\nUnderstanding of data migration risk, cutover planning, access/SoD risk and test strategy\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe or DevOps delivery environments\nFamiliarity with KRIs, risk appetite models and executive-level reporting\nExperience working with system integrators or large transformation programs\nExposure to ERP GRC tools or controls automation initiatives\nExperience profile:\nBackground in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, PMO, implementation assurance or in-house transformation office\nPast experience in at least one of the following industries: global manufacturing, banking, insurance, capital markets, retail, e-commerce, logistics, telecom, healthcare or pharma\nExperience in multi-country or multi-entity transformation programs is an advantage\nCertifications:\nAt least one of the following certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, , ISO 31000, ISO 27005\nAdditional certifications such as Agile/Scrum (PSM, CSM), COBIT, ITIL will be an advantage\nPlatform-specific certifications (SAP oracle, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OCI) will be an advantage\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for proactive and collaborative professionals with a strong interest in technology transformation and risk management, who can effectively challenge delivery risks while supporting clients in building resilient and well-governed transformation programs.\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
