Combining deep sector expertise with a global network and local market knowledge, we help clients successfully deliver development, construction, transformation, and operational improvement programs.\nWe are currently looking for a Junior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, project delivery, and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for candidates with an academic or professional background in architecture, engineering, construction, industrial engineering, real estate, or related disciplines who are interested in developing their careers within the broader real estate and built environment sector.\nYour key responsibilities\nSupport real estate projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution and project close-out.\nAssist in the coordination and delivery of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.\nSupport project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.\nConduct technical assessments, project reviews, and feasibility analyses.\nAssist in the preparation and review of project documentation, technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates.\nMonitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators.\nCollaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.\nSupport business and operational transformation projects within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.\nParticipate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits when required.\nPrepare presentations, reports, analyses, and client-facing documentation.\nStay informed about industry trends, project delivery methodologies, and market developments.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong interest in real estate, capital projects, and project management.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor's or Master's degree in:\nArchitecture\nCivil Engineering\nIndustrial Engineering\nConstruction Management\nReal Estate\nOr a related technical discipline+2 years’ of professional experience in real estate construction sector.\nFluent German and English language skills.\nAbility to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.\nWillingness to travel according to project requirements.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience supporting real estate development, construction or infrastructure projects.\nExposure to project management, project controls, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, or stakeholder management activities.\nUnderstanding of real estate project lifecycles and project delivery processes.\nKnowledge of industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for motivated early-career professionals who are passionate about real estate, project management, and delivering value to clients.
