Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.\nThe transformation imperative is urgent, challenging and opportunity-rich, interested to join us?\nYour Key Responsibilities\nDevelop user-facing features using React.js under guidance from senior developers.\n\nTranslate UI/UX wireframes into clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\nIntegrate RESTful APIs and assist with handling JSON/XML data.\n\nParticipate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization activities.\n\nFollow established ways of working (Git, code reviews, Agile ceremonies).\n\nWrite reusable components and contribute to UI improvements.\n\nMaintain documentation for components, features, and updates.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.\n\n1-3 years of experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.\n\nFamiliarity with consuming RESTful APIs and handling web data formats.\n\nBasic understanding of Git and version control workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nMust be based in Cyprus, and follow a hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite).\n\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong willingness to learn modern front-end practices and tooling.\n\nGood communication and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.\n\nAbility to use AI Agents (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to augment development with critical oversight and verification.\n\nFamiliarity with vibe-based coding workflows (AI-assisted rapid prototyping, inline suggestions, code refactoring prompts) while maintaining responsibility for correctness, security, and performance.\n\nIdeally you should also have\nFamiliarity with UI libraries such as Material UI.\n\nBasic testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library).\n\nAwareness of accessibility and performance best practices.\n\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
