You will help push the boundaries of design and innovation, tackling complex challenges across industries-financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and more-using proven frameworks and methods to deliver transformative client experiences in Greece and beyond.\nBe part of a global network shaping the future of business and technology.\nYour key responsibilities\nAs a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will work alongside business designers, UX/UI designers, strategists, product managers and engineering teams to design innovative user-centred services and products. As part of our team, you will be working across all areas of the design process from research, workshops, ideation, user journeys, flows, prototyping and testing.\nSkills and attributes for success:\nYou are a passionate designer with a genuine interest in innovation, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity in digital experiences.\nYou thrive in a team environment, co-creating and developing solutions alongside designers, business professionals and technology consultants.\nYou are curious, staying updated on the latest digital developments and trends in UX/UI, and are actively seek opportunities to learn and grow.\nKnowledge of human-centered design and are familiar with the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables.\nExcellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc), with the capability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field (for example, UX/UI, visual communication, graphic design, or other creative disciplines)\nA portfolio demonstrating your design skills\nEssential knowledge of visual design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)\nFluency in English (other languages are a plus)\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\nExperience in collaborative design workshops\nConducted user research or user testing\nOther creative skills or developed talents.\nWhat we look for:\nWhat’s most important is that you are dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
