You will act as a technical product lead, working across product, engineering, AI, data, testing, and assurance teams to turn business needs into scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.\nYou will help lead a full-stack development team, shape technical requirements, manage delivery priorities, and ensure our Assurance AI products meet the quality, reliability, usability, and testing standards required for enterprise and assurance use cases.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of Assurance AI features, from requirements and solution design through development, testing, release, and production support\nWork closely with Assurance stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical delivery plans\nLead and coordinate developers across front-end, back-end, API, data, cloud, AI, and testing workstreams\nDesign, build, and review scalable full-stack applications, APIs, workflows, dashboards, and integrations that support AI-enabled assurance use cases\nAct as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, AI specialists, developers, and testers to ensure delivery remains aligned, practical, and outcome-focused\nDrive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, technical design discussions, dependency management, and release readiness\nDefine and support testing strategies for AI-enabled products, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, model-output validation, prompt testing, and data quality checks\nIdentify technical risks, delivery blockers, architectural trade-offs, and quality gaps early, and work with the team to resolve them\nPromote strong engineering practices, including code reviews, documentation, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production-readiness checks\nHelp establish reusable patterns, components, and development practices that accelerate future Assurance AI delivery.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on full-stack development\nStrong experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar\nExperience designing and building APIs, working with databases, integrating systems, and delivering secure, scalable applications\nA strong understanding of software testing, release management, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support\nExperience leading developers, managing technical workstreams, or coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams\nThe ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders\nA product mindset, including comfort with backlog management, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment\nNice to Have\nExperience building or integrating AI, GenAI, LLM, machine learning, or agentic workflow solutions\nExperience with AI testing and validation, including prompt evaluation, model-output review, hallucination checks, explainability, and human-in-the-loop review\nExperience in assurance, audit, risk, compliance, financial services, professional services, or other regulated enterprise environments\nFamiliarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, RAG architectures, document processing, or workflow automation\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting Scrum ceremonies, release planning, or technical governance\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDeliver Assurance AI capabilities that are reliable, scalable, tested, and ready for business use\nImprove coordination and delivery velocity across the full-stack development team\nTurn complex assurance and AI requirements into practical, buildable, and testable solutions\nReduce ambiguity between business, product, AI, engineering, and testing teams\nRaise the quality of development, testing, documentation, and release practices\nCreate reusable technical patterns that allow Assurance AI products to scale across future use cases\nAbout You\nYou are a hands-on engineer with strong product instincts.
