You will have the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring that our employees receive the right learning opportunities at the right moment while creating a smooth and engaging learning experience.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nCoordinate and organize training days from A to Z, including logistics, planning, room bookings and communication with participants and trainers.\nManage learning academies, milestone programs and ad hoc learning initiatives that support employee development throughout their career.\nMonitor training registrations, attendance and absences, ensuring an excellent learning experience for all participants.\nAct as the first point of contact for learning-related questions, requests and system issues from employees and stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with local and global Learning teams and ensure the successful implementation of global, regional and service line learning initiatives.\nLeverage reporting and data insights to monitor participation, learning impact, development trends and compliance requirements.\nManage learning budget and monitor training expenses to support effective and efficient learning investments.\nAct as the administrator of the LMS (SuccessFactors), ensuring accurate records and smooth system operations.\nCoordinate the L&D part in our new joiners onboarding program to provide a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.\nYour Profile\nA bachelor's or master's degree.\nApproximately 2 to 4 years of experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Development or a related HR role.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nA hands-on attitude and willingness to combine strategic ownership with operational execution.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with learning management systems; experience with SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset.\nKnowledge of Power BI or a strong interest in data and digitalization within HR.\nFluent communication skills.\nWhat’s In It For You\nEY Family - you become part of the EY Family providing you with all the necessary skills, training and opportunities; enabling you to grow to your fullest potential.\nAttractive remuneration package - We offer an attractive remuneration package; including a company car and charging card, iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, and eco vouchers.
