You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement risk frameworks that enhance business performance and ensure regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead client engagements focused on enterprise risk, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and compliance risk management.\nDevelop and improve risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.\nLead the development, review and validation of risk models, including IFRS 9 ECL, credit rating models, stress testing, ICAAP and ILAAP modelling.\nProvide strategic advice on risk identification, measurement, mitigation, and monitoring to support clients’ business objectives.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory compliance and quantitative services to deliver integrated solutions.\nHelp grow the Financial Services Risk Management team by identifying potential business opportunities and fostering client relationships.\nMentor and support junior team members, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.\nStay informed about evolving regulatory landscapes and emerging risks impacting the financial services industry.\nContribute to thought leadership and participate in industry forums.\nQualifications and Experience:\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or other quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in a quantitative or finance related area is an advantage.\nProfessional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, PRM, or actuarial qualification is valued.\nExperience risk management or regulatory consulting within financial services is valued; exposure to banking or related sectors is a plus.\nSound understanding of regulatory frameworks, including CRD, MiFID II, and/or AIFMD. Working experience in these areas will be considered an asset.\nUnderstanding of enterprise risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and compliance risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to contribute to or lead risk management projects and manage client relationships.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.\nInterest or experience in digital transformation and its impact on risk and regulatory functions is beneficial.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
