The major responsibilities of the role include preparing/ reviewing management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analysis. The role requires a strong know on Advanced Excel, PowerBi and Power Point with work ethics and attention to detail for a highly regarded team that focuses on accuracy and timeliness. The role requires comparable work experience, strong skills, work ethic and attention to detail for as the team has a high focus on accuracy and timeliness\nYour key responsibilities:\nPrepare and analyze Sales & Pipeline reports to provide actionable business insights.\nManage and support Revenue Reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.\nCoordinate and track programs and projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.\nProvide support for Revenue Planning activities, including forecasts and performance tracking.\nMaintain and update reporting tools, dashboards, and data repositories.\nDevelop leadership presentations and executive-ready PowerPoint decks for reviews and decision-making.\nCapture, track, and drive closure of action items from leadership meetings.\nEngage with senior stakeholders across teams to support reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of account structures, client hierarchies, and business portfolios.\nSupport cross-functional teams through effective communication, follow-ups, and coordination.\nContribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by leadership.\nSkills and attributes for success\nSkilled in designing interactive dashboards, reports, and visual narratives that enable stakeholders to quickly interpret trends, patterns, and performance metrics.\nPresentation and facilitation skills - Ability to drive meetings, build presentations that interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and delivering the message to the stakeholders\nWork under minimal direction/supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned, take complete ownership and drive projects end to end\nBusiness acumen and Adaptability - Capable of quickly understanding the needs of the business and be able to align with changing customer expectations\nQuick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span\nAttention to detail - Utmost importance to numbers, formatting etc.\nExcellent Communication - Listening, reading, writing & speaking skills\nMS Office skills: Advanced level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint.\nPower BI/Other BI tools/ Alteryx - Data Integration and Data Visualization etc.\nHigh degree of professionalism and integrity\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nGraduate / Post-graduate - (Business Administration, Information and Data Science) with 3 - 6 years’ work experience in professional services industry.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nThe role demands expertise in Power BI and related Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate, to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions.
