The role involves hands-on testing, analysis, and reporting.\nSkills and attributes for success\nUnderstanding of common attack paths and security weaknesses across web and mobile applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments with the ability to translate findings into business-relevant risks and actionable remediation steps\nStructured and disciplined work style, including thorough documentation, evidence handling, clear communication, and a strong focus on quality\nLeadership skills\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n4+ years of experience in Dev / ITSec conducting penetration tests projects,\nKnowledge of security issues at the technical level,\nKnowledge of solutions and recommendations to prevent or mitigate security vulnerabilities,\nKnowledge of the application security verification standards,\nDeep understanding of how information’s technology systems work:\nnetworking architecture,\nnetworking protocols,\noperating systems.\nDeep understanding of how web applications work, starting from backend, ending with frontend,\nDeep understanding of OWASP Top10 concepts,\nFamiliarity of Red Team methodologies (MITRE, Social engineering, OSINT etc.),\nConsulting and communication skills to provide technical security expertise understandable by non-technical audience,\nOSCP, OSWE, GPEN certificate or similar,\nExcellent command of English language.
