GDS operations is partnering with the business in this journey of growth. Amidst this growth, there is a need to keep evolving for the integration of the GDS Operations team and decision-making framework. This role supports GDS operations management activities and the opportunities for integration of GDS Operations teams.\nRole Summary\nThe role requires strong project planning and execution capabilities, stakeholder management, governance expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations and reports.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop detailed project plans, milestones, trackers, risk registers, and governance frameworks.\nDrive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership teams.\nPrepare executive dashboards, reports, and leadership updates to support decision-making.\nFacilitate project governance meetings, and leadership reviews.\nAnalyze data and generate actionable insights to improve project outcomes and operational effectiveness.\nContribute to process improvements and implementation of best project management practices.\nPreferred qualifications and skills\n5-10 years of experience.\nExperience driving accountability and ensuring timely execution across teams.\nMBA in Operations, Finance or Marketing\nExcellent PowerPoint and Microsoft excel skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong coordination, influencing, and relationship-management skills.\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred.\nEY | Building a better working
