Depending on your expertise and interests, you will join agile delivery teams supporting global insurance and financial services clients in implementing, enhancing, and modernizing their core platforms.\nWe are looking for passionate technology professionals and leaders who can help shape the future of insurance technology. You will have the opportunity to work with modern cloud platforms, data-driven solutions, and industry-leading insurance technologies while collaborating with international teams and clients.\nYour key responsibilities\nParticipate in and lead selected workstreams within Insurance transformation programs across Java, Guidewire, or EIS platforms.\nCollaborate with agile team members, business stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, implementation plans, and scalable solutions.\nContribute to system development, configuration, integration, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.\nSupport mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives within project teams and across the Insurance Competency.\nEngage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nParticipate in implementation, enhancement, migration, and modernization initiatives for insurance and investment management platforms.\nCollaborate with architecture, engineering, and R&D teams to identify innovative technologies, frameworks, and best practices.\nSupport proof-of-concepts, pilots, and innovation initiatives aimed at improving business processes and technology capabilities.\nContribute to post-implementation reviews, continuous improvement activities, and operational excellence initiatives.\nSkills and attributes for success\nDepending on your area of expertise, experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:\nStrong technical knowledge of Java and related frameworks, Guidewire products, or EIS.\nExperience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with integration technologies, APIs, messaging solutions (e.g., Kafka), and distributed systems.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and independent mindset.\nAbility to effectively collaborate in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.\nRelevant professional experience in software delivery, consulting, implementation, or business transformation projects.\nHands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:\nJava and enterprise application development\nGuidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Guidewire Cloud)\nEIS\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience with microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions.\nExperience within the Insurance, Reinsurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Management sectors.\nKnowledge of insurance core systems and business processes.\nKnowledge of investment accounting, portfolio management, fund accounting, or capital markets operations.\nRelevant certifications related to Java, Cloud, Guidewire, Agile, or investment technology platforms.\nExperience working in global delivery models and international project environments.\nWhat we look for\nWe are seeking technology professionals and leaders who are passionate about delivering business value through innovative solutions.
