This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nManage and grow the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services capability by developing strong relationships with global practices\nWork on global client projects as part of a globally distributed team, ensuring the quality, timeliness and accuracy of all work products\nCollaborate with subject matter experts across OWT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance\nLead a team of professionals and provide direction across different pursuit and project phases\nAchieve productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration metrics for the OWT team\nEnsure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and effective planning and budgeting\nBe recognized internally as a go-to advisor on Organization and Workforce Transformation, strategic workforce planning, organization restructuring and talent planning\nPerform the role of counsellor and coach by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting the team’s ongoing learning and development\nDevelop thought leadership collateral, tools, techniques and methodologies to build and enhance practice offerings\nSkills and attributes for success\nHigh integrity and commitment to working in a new and challenging environment\nAbility to manage ambiguity and be proactive\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nEffective communication and presentation skills\nCross-cultural awareness and sensitivity\nHigh energy, flexibility, adaptability and confidence\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\n12-16 years of overall experience\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience in organization design, workforce planning, leadership and culture, and talent management, with strong expertise in capacity planning, workforce management tools and operational planning methodologies\nMaster’s degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA\nExperience in developing points of view and sales proposals in organization design and talent management\nExperience managing large teams and multiple engagements simultaneously\nDemonstrated leadership capabilities, including collaboration across boundaries and working effectively in highly matrixed, ambiguous and challenging situations\nGood to have:\nConsulting experience with global organisations across industries in organization design, workforce planning and restructuring, talent management, and leadership and culture assessment\nExperience managing data, deriving insights and producing reports that enable business decision-making\nAnalytics expertise with one or more tools such as SPSS, Spotfire, Power BI or Qualtrics\nDeep expertise in Excel and the Microsoft toolkit\nExperience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder management\nExperience in a managed services organisation providing extended consulting services to global clients on medium- to large-scale organization transformation projects using analytics, talent management and HR planning expertise\nExperience working with a Big Four consulting firm\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
