We are committed to developing a standardized General Ledger (GL) solution alongside a robust, customized GL offering. The team manages payroll regulatory tasks and contributes to payment solution developments.\nJob purpose: The purpose of this role is to facilitate the implementation of global reporting and support ongoing General Ledger delivery activities while ensuring effective coordination among internal teams. Additionally, the position serves as a subject matter expert in payroll regulations, gathering and analyzing data to drive process improvements and enhance business development initiatives.\nYour key responsibilities\nClient-Facing Activities:\nSupport for implementation of global reporting.\nSupport for BAU General Ledger delivery activities.\nInternal Coordination Activities:\nCoordination of global reporting best practices and methodologies with internal teams (e.g., Client Operations teams regarding sales, Tech Operations teams for implementation, and Learning and Development teams for training design).\nProject management support and participation in business development initiatives.\nChange management activities related to process improvements.\nRegulatory Expertise (Subject Matter Expert):\nGathering payroll regulatory data from Country Payroll Processing teams, analyzing it, and ensuring regular updates.\nMaintaining communication with Country Payroll Processing teams.\nProviding data for the PKA (global payroll chatbot) and Ebury PCubed (payment solution service development)\nLeadership & Delivery\n7+ years of payroll transformation, payroll operations, and delivery experience\nMulti-country payroll implementation experience (APAC, EMEA, ANZ, Africa)\nPayroll Technology\nPayroll technology consulting and delivery experience\nExposure to CIPP for one or more countries (optional)\nSuccessFactors and Workday integrations\nPayroll solution architecture, data migration, and systems integration\nUAT, testing, and production support\nPayroll operating model design\nPayroll modernization, automation, and AI adoption\nProcess Excellence\nSix Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies (optional)\nAutomation and transformation initiatives (payroll and Tax domain)\nProcess standardization and optimization (payroll and tax)\nAdditional Qualifications and experience\nAdvanced Excel Skills: Proficient in analyzing large datasets and creating pivot tables.\nPayroll Service Knowledge: Familiarity with G2N (Gross to Net) reports and pay codes.\nGeneral Ledger (GL) Expertise: Understanding of General Ledger.\nDigiPay Proficiency: Knowledge of DigiPay system.\nSynthesis Skills: Ability to comprehend incoming requests, translate them into actionable tasks, and communicate effectively with internal project teams.\nProject Management Skills: Experience in building trackers and following up on task lists with stakeholders.\nOrganizational Skills: Highly structured and organized approach to work.\nAdaptability: Strong ability to adapt to
