The role will support the engagement team utilizing one global methodology to track the end-to-end process and provide subsidiary governance throughout the client life-cycle to mitigate risk, increase corporate transparency, improve compliance, ensure leveraging of key data insights and provide clients will additional product offerings.\nThe role will reside within our Service Management Office (SMO). SMO is a centralized function responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of payroll services across multiple-countries and servicing the client globally in line with the EY Payroll Operate practices.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the SMO team for multi-country clients and implementations.\nSupport the engagement team with the global MCPO delivery of multiple clients and client escalations.\nSupport the engagement teams to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and managed in a compliant manner.\nContribute to continuous improvement. Leverage Global Payroll Operate tools, technology, methodology and processes.\nLearn and help to transmit global methodology and best global payroll practices \nDevelop and maintain stakeholder relationships and support the engagement team with client-related communications.\nSupport the preparation for regular client reviews and preparation of reports on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.\nHelp to identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.\nSupport the service management documentation, process flows, and procedures for cross-country client consistency and efficiency.\nCommunicate with cross-functional team members at all levels.\nSupport the data collation process for SLA reporting and issue log maintenance.\nWork on annual rollover tasks, such as calendar preparation and EY tool updates.\nSupport the internal teams in addressing escalations, resolve issues, prepare root cause analysis, and communicate outcomes to account teams.\nSupport the processing of scope changes and related contract adjustments, including change requests and documentation updates.\nBe involved in client-related change management efforts, including the adoption of new tools, processes, and system upgrades.\nContribute to implementing process improvements to elevate service delivery, including ad-hoc projects.\nContribute to proactive management of risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation and transparent communication for a seamless experience.\nSupport the budget preparation and invoice management.\nManage client and EY team access to engagement platforms.\nProvide ad-hoc support to clients and EY teams for service-related inquiries and tasks.\n\nSkills / Knowledge / Experience\nDegree and/or undergraduate professional qualification\nMinimum 3 years of work experience \nClient serving and quality focused mindset\nService management and/or payroll coordination experience \nProject coordination experience\nAttention to detailand ability to work in a dynamic environment\nHighly organised, proactive and a self-starter attitude\nAbility to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures \nAbility to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems \nInterpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills\nExcellent English language skills\nStrong knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products \nAbout EY Payroll Operate\nEY Payroll Operate is part of the Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) service offering of EY.
