You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.\nYour key responsibilities\nIn this role you will predominantly:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on low-code approaches.\nIntegrate Copilot Studio solutions with various business systems, leveraging the Power Platform and other relevant technologies.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI-powered automation, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.\nLead the transformation and improvement of business processes through the strategic implementation of Copilot Studio.\nDevelop and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and awareness sessions on Copilot Studio for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).\nAct as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Copilot Studio, promoting best practices and driving adoption.\nProvide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to users and citizen developers.\nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related AI technologies.\nWork independently to manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.\nSkills and attributes for success\nWe are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nProven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, with a strong understanding of Agentic Process Automation principles.\nProven track record integrating low-code solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.\nStrong grasp of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and multilingual optimisation.\nSolid scripting or coding in JavaScript or C# for custom connectors and UI tweaks.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical specs and manage projects independently.\nExcellent communication skills in English; comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience with .Net framework.\nSQL Server or Azure SQL schema design and performance tuning.\nPower Platform or Azure AI certification (PL-200 / AI-102 or similar).\nExperience facilitating technical workshops or hackathons.\nWhat we look for\nWe love working with people who are passionate about their job and have great interpersonal skills, who are ready to face new professional challenges.
